While walking around Amsterdam, we passed this alley with dozens of bicycles parked there, patiently waiting for their owners to return. Bicycles are the main mode of transportation here and they have the right of way over pedestrians and motor vehicles. People have to pass a test to ride them.

Crystal is a Kansas City area photographer. She has been taking photographs since she got her first Instamatic camera. She also has attended numerous photography classes, seminars and workshops given by local and nationally known photographers. Crystal likes to shoot many different subjects. She feels that photographs are very personal and keeps variety in her work to appeal to a wider audience.
