This is a cross-polarization photograph of simple objects created with polarizing filters. Depending on how you turn the filters, you can get bright rainbow colors or muted pastels. It's a fascinating process.

Crystal is a Kansas City area photographer. She has been taking photographs since she got her first Instamatic camera. She also has attended numerous photography classes, seminars and workshops given by local and nationally known photographers. Crystal likes to shoot many different subjects.
